Work / Life balance is very important to maximize peak performance at home and work. So, have a little fun on Sunday before the Conference Starts. Various tours and experiences will be available of all attendees at an additional charge.
Two Charlotte tour options that you won’t want to miss! Groups will meet in Sheraton Lobby at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 17th to organize and depart for these tours. Please note that the NASCAR Hall of Fame will require participants to walk .04 mile to the museum.
Bank of America Stadium Tour, Home of the Carolina Panthers - $35
Take a guided tour through the Bank of America Stadium that shares three perspectives on game days.
The Fans: Stadium seats, lounge spaces and a private club

NASCAR Hall of Fame - $35
How fast can you go? The NASCAR Hall of fame guided tour also allows for museum admission as well as a simulated ride. This Hall of Fame offers unique perspectives and a fascinating history of NASCAR and the racing sport and how it came to be what it is now.
Lime Scooter - rates vary per use
Explore Charlotte on your own on a scooter. Lime scooters are located all around the city. All you need to do is download the app, scan the scooter and off you go.

SDA St. Paddy's Day Welcome Reception
Join us at the Craft City Social Club Sunday night from 6pm - 8pm for hors d'oeuvres and green beer as we launch the Senior Dining Association Conference and Expo with a St. Patrick’s Day meet and greet.
Go beyond the expo and share new product development, innovative solutions and future concepts while creating a network for ongoing collaboration and problem solving for operators and industry partners.
Participants rotate after every 20 minute session for a total of four rotations during the Innovation Ideation.
Due to the round-table interactive format of this presentation, handouts or product samples are encouraged. Space is limited and all presentations must be approved in advanced.
Key objectives for the sessions

2- Identify innovative solutions to address senior dining industry challenges
3- Become familiar with programs, services and tools that enable innovation

Ready! Set! Cook! We will be inviting our first five registered conference attendees to participate in an SDA cooking competition.
Whether you’re new to the senior dining or a seasoned professional, conference attendees have a lot to gain from our SDA Chats.
The SDA Chats are collaborative small group interactive peer to peer discussions led by industry experts. With a dozen topics to choose from operators will learn best practices from operators around the country.

Interactive Networking Lunch
The Interactive Networking lunch will bring attendees and industry partners together at the table. Participants will be assigned to tables by region and or position. Break out of your shell and talk with peers in your region, city or coast.
