Participate in these sessions that brings together industry partners and operators. These sessions are designed to facilitate intentional dialogue, bridge R&D, and promote product development.




Go beyond the expo and share new product development, innovative solutions and future concepts while creating a network for ongoing collaboration and problem solving for operators and industry partners. 

Participants rotate after every 20 minute session for a total of four rotations during the Innovation Ideation.

Due to the round-table interactive format of this presentation, handouts or product samples are encouraged. Space is limited and all presentations must be approved in advanced.

2- Identify innovative solutions to address senior dining industry challenges

3- Become familiar with programs, services and tools that enable innovation

4- Network and develop relationships with industry professionals to continue the collaboration beyond       the conference




Our networking lunch will bring participants and sponsors together at the table. In this interactive lunch, participants will be assigned to tables by their geographic region.

The SDA Chats are collaborative small group interactive peer  to peer discussions led by industry experts. With a dozen topics to choose from operators will learn best practices from operators around the country.
