    Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor / Sponsor at the 2020 SDA Annual Conference & EXPO. Please follow the steps below to reserve your booth and sponsorship opportunities using the online registration.

    Registration Process:

    1. Review the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations & Conference Prospectus
    2. All current SDA Industry Partners must log-in via the " blue person icon" link at the top right of this website. Follow the prompts to create a new password if you do not remember your current password. 
    3. Click the blue Register button below. (Lower Left)
    4. Select your registration type: Sponsorship Level or Booth Only selection. (Booth Only: Full conference registration is required to attend education sessions, networking events & meals) 
    5. Review Expo Floor Plan & Exhibitor List : Select  top 3 booth options. 
    6. Booth Only: Complete/confirm contact information, top 3 booth preference, category selection, description and payment. Please note you do need to be a current SDA Industry Partner to reserve a booth space at the partner rate. Become an Industry Partner Today!  (see the year-round benefits)
    7. Sponsor Level: Select your conference engagement opportunities which must be completed during this registration. Please have your information ready.
    8. Payment: Credit Card or Check (Checks must be received within 21 days of registration)

    Sponsor/Exhibitor Full Conference Registration -  Individuals employed by a company exhibiting in the EXPO. Contractors or consultants are not eligible to have a badge under another exhibiting company's name. See Registration Categories

    This registration is not for Expo Booth!

    Registration Process: 

    1. All current SDA members must log-in via the " blue person icon" at the top right of this website before you register. 
    2. Sponsors will need to use their registration code that was sent to the main contact or to the person who registered online for the sponsorship.
    3. Exhibitors and additional full conference passes will select Option 1. $950.
    4. If registering multiple people please have their information and Dining accommodations available.
    5. Payment: Check or Credit card accepted

    Dining During the Conference:

    Sunday - Welcome Reception (Culinary Showdown Day 1) Cocktail party & hors d'oeuvres

    Monday - Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres party during the (Culinary Showdown - Day 2) 

    Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Event Dinner

    Wednesday- Breakfast

    If you have special dining requests which may include certain allergies, gluten free & vegetarian meals. We will be more than happy to accommodate. Please indicate your needs on the registration form. 

    Payment:

    Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 

    Check: Make Checks Payable to: Senior Dining Association and mail to 1135 Four Lakes Road, Suite B, Matthews, NC 28105. Conference registration will be cancelled if checks are not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

    WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 15, 2020.  NO REFUNDS will be given after March 15, 2020.

    E-Mail all written cancellations to SDAevents@seniordining.org . SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. 

    LIABILITY AND PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER:

    I agree and acknowledge that my participation in various Senior Dining Association ("SDA”) events may give rise to occasional instances of loss or injury. Except to the extent that such instances may result from the negligence or misconduct of the SDA, I hereby waive and release any claims that I might have against the SDA and its employees, members and representatives. I understand that the SDA may, at its option, make photographs, videos or recordings of Conference/training events, which may include my likeness or participation, and reproduce them in the SDA news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SDA Website (www.seniordining.org). By participating in the SDA’s events, I hereby grant the SDA permission to make, use and distribute such items, and I waive any rights to seek payment or compensation.


    The SDA cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, items, or other individuals one may come in contact with while visiting the SDA conference & Expo related activities. Please inform the exhibiting company and/or service staff if you have any food/dietary allergies. They will make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Because of the number of different samples and meals served throughout the conference Expo and various SDA activities, as well as the number of ingredients used, it cannot be guaranteed that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled. Consumers that are concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.

    Registration is required for all Exhibitors & Sponsors that are not registered as a "Full Conference Attendee". 

    Organizations working with Brokers and other local associates must register each person. All expo participants will have to show a conference badge in order to gain entry.

    10x10 Booth - 2 Passes  

    10x20 Booth - 4 Passes  

    20x20 Booth - 6 Passes 

    Maximum of 8 people per booth              Additional Booth Pass $125.00

    EVERYONE MUST HAVE A CONFERENCE BADGE TO ENTER THE EXPO.
