Business Attendee Registration - This registration applies to individuals and businesses that sell/market products & services and are NOT exhibiting or sponsoring at the conference & expo. See Registration Categories

Registration Process: 

  1. All current SDA members must log-in via the " blue person icon" at the top right of this website before you register. 
  2. If you are not a member and would like to be. Click here to sign-up for your Industry Partner membership before you register. You will need to wait for membership welcome letter before you register for the conference.
  3. You may register up to 3 people from the same organization. 
  4. Payment: Check or Credit card accepted

Dining During the Conference:

Sunday - Welcome Reception (Culinary Showdown Day 1) Cocktail party & hors d'oeuvres

Monday - Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres party during the (Culinary Showdown - Day 2) 

Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Event Dinner

Wednesday- Breakfast

If you have special dining requests which may include certain allergies, gluten free & vegetarian meals. We will be more than happy to accommodate. Please indicate your needs on the registration form. 

Payment:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 

Check: Make Checks Payable to: Senior Dining Association and mail to 1135 Four Lakes Road, Suite B, Matthews, NC 28105. Conference registration will be cancelled if checks are not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 15, 2020.  NO REFUNDS will be given after March 15, 2020.

E-Mail all written cancellations to SDAevents@seniordining.org . SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. 

LIABILITY AND PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER:

I agree and acknowledge that my participation in various Senior Dining Association ("SDA”) events may give rise to occasional instances of loss or injury. Except to the extent that such instances may result from the negligence or misconduct of the SDA, I hereby waive and release any claims that I might have against the SDA and its employees, members and representatives. I understand that the SDA may, at its option, make photographs, videos or recordings of Conference/training events, which may include my likeness or participation, and reproduce them in the SDA news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SDA Website (www.seniordining.org). By participating in the SDA’s events, I hereby grant the SDA permission to make, use and distribute such items, and I waive any rights to seek payment or compensation.


The SDA cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, items, or other individuals one may come in contact with while visiting the SDA conference & Expo related activities. Please inform the exhibiting company and/or service staff if you have any food/dietary allergies. They will make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Because of the number of different samples and meals served throughout the conference Expo and various SDA activities, as well as the number of ingredients used, it cannot be guaranteed that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled. Consumers that are concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
