Operator Registration - Attendee registration includes senior living professionals, provider organizations, and contract management companies directly working at a community or managing/owning multiple communities.

Registration Process: 

  1. All current SDA members must log-in to register. 
  2. If you are not a member and would like to become one, click here to sign-up for a professional membership before you register. Your membership must be approved before you can register for the conference.
  3. Checks and credit cards are accepted.

Payment:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 
Check: Make checks payable to: Senior Dining Association, 1234 Mann Dr., Suite 200, Matthews, NC 28105.

Conference registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.
 

Cancellation and refund policy:

 Written requests for cancellation or refunds must be postmarked on or before March 1, 2023. NO REFUNDS will be given after March 2, 2022. 

E-Mail all cancellation notices to info@seniordining.org. The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed necessary by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
