Silver - 1 Full Conference Registration
Gold - 2 Full Conference Registrations
Platinum - 3 Full Conference Registrations

Diamond - 4 Full Conference Registrations

Full Conference Registration: This registration is for associates employed with sponsor and exhibitor organizations participating at Synergy. (member rate applies to individuals with SDA memberships)

Registration Process:


Current Members: Log in to your SDA account to complete registration.


If you would like to register for a membership, click here to join before registering.


Membership approval is required before conference registration. You’ll receive an email once registration is successfully completed. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)

Payment:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx): A 3.5% surcharge applies.
  • Check: Payable to Senior Dining Association
    Mail to: 3122 Fincher Farm Rd, Ste 100-232, Matthews, NC 28105

Payment Deadline: Registration will be canceled if payment isn’t received within 21 business days of submitting the form.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Deadline: Written cancellation requests must be postmarked on or before January 23, 2026.
  • How to Cancel: Email kathie@seniordining.org.
  • Refunds: Eligible cancellations will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee.
  • After Jan 23, 2026: No Refunds
  • SDA Rights: The SDA may cancel any registration at its discretion.
