FACILITATOR:
Frederick Weiss:
Frederick Weiss has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and has spent the last 12 years focused on the senior living market. Currently, Frederick is working as a consultant working with senior living communities to enhance their Dining operations. Prior to his work as a consultant, Frederick was a Regional Vice President for the Compass Group in the Mid-Atlantic Region with their Morrison Senior Living, FLIK Lifestyles and Unidine Lifestyles brands. As a Regional Vice President, Frederick and his regional support and operations team worked on business development, client relations and the management of Compass’ Dining and Facilities Management operations for accounts in New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Frederick has worked extensively with Life-plan Communities on a variety of projects including dining program renovations, repositioning, service re-engineering, budgeting, and a host of other operational initiatives.
Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
