    About our Keynote:

    With nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Aaron has spent his time in the industry with a singular focus on the customer experience. Having gained experience in some of the top hospitality organizations in the country, he has brought a keen attention to building customer-focused operations to the senior living industry. From Dining Room Manager to Senior Vice President, Aaron has spent his career creating best-in-class experiences for the residents he served. He does this with an eye towards innovation in concept design, as well as implementing a combination of best practices, system development, and quality training for all levels throughout any organization.

    Aaron holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University as well as a MBA in Marketing from Baker University.

    Attendee Registration - Attendee registration includes food service professionals, provider organizations, and contract management companies directly working at a community or managing /owning multiple communities.

    This registration applies to all individuals attending the conference NOT associated with a business firm. 

    A maximum of 5 individual registrations are allowed at one time.

    Groups with 6 or more attendees, contact Lori Mason at Lori@seniordining.org or 980-434-1114.

    Registration Process: 

    1. All current SDA members must log-in to register. 
    2. If you are not a member and would like to become one, click here to sign-up for a professional membership before you register. Your membership must be approved before you can register for the conference.
    3. Checks and credit cards are accepted.

    Dining During the Conference:

    Monday – Afternoon Snacks & Welcome Reception

    Tuesday – Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Evening Reception with SLICED Competition

    Wednesday – Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Closing Reception

    Please let us know if you have special dietary needs. We will be happy to accommodate.

    Payment:

    Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 
    Check: Make checks payable to: Senior Dining Association, 1234 Mann Dr., Suite 200, Matthews, NC 28105.

    Conference registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.
     

    Cancellation and refund policy:

    Written requests for cancellation or refunds must be postmarked on or before March 15, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be given after March 15, 2022.

    E-Mail all cancellation notices to lori@seniordining.org. The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed necessary by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.

    Liability and photography waiver:

    I agree and acknowledge that my participation in various Senior Dining Association ("SDA”) events may give rise to occasional instances of loss or injury. Except to the extent that such instances may result from the negligence or misconduct of the SDA, I hereby waive and release any claims that I might have against the SDA and its employees, members and representatives. I understand that the SDA may, at its option, make photographs, videos or recordings of Conference/training events, which may include my likeness or participation, and reproduce them in the SDA news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SDA website, www.seniordining.org. By participating in the SDA’s events, I hereby grant the SDA permission to make, use and distribute such items, and I waive any rights to seek payment or compensation.


    The SDA cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, items, or other individuals one may come in contact with while visiting the SDA conference & Expo related activities. Please inform the exhibiting company and/or service staff if you have any food/dietary allergies. They will make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Because of the number of different samples and meals served throughout the conference Expo and various SDA activities, as well as the number of ingredients used, it cannot be guaranteed that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled. Consumers that are concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
