Bronze -1 Full Conference Registration

Silver - 2 Full Conference Registrations
Gold - 3 Full Conference Registrations
Diamond - 4 Full Conference Registrations

Platinum - 5 Full Conference Registrations

Full Conference Registration: This registration is for associates employed with sponsor and exhibitor organizations participating at Synergy. (member rate applies to individuals  with SDA memberships)

Registration Process: 

  1. All current SDA members must log-in to register. 

  2. If you are not a member and would like to become one, click here to sign-up for an industry partner membership before you register. Your membership must be approved before you can register for the conference.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation when registration is successfully completed. Please check your spam folder.

Payment:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 
Check: Make checks payable to: Senior Dining Association, 1234 Mann Dr., Suite 200, Matthews, NC 28105.

Conference registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Written requests for cancellation or refunds must be postmarked on or before February 1, 2025. NO REFUNDS will be given after February 2, 2025. 

E-Mail all cancellation notices to info@seniordining.org. The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed necessary by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
