Frederick Weiss has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and has spent the last 12 years focused on the senior living market. Currently, Fred is a consultant working with senior living communities to enhance their dining operations. Prior to his work as a consultant, Frederick was a Regional Vice President for the Compass Group in the Mid-Atlantic Region with Morrison Senior Living, FLIK Lifestyles and Unidine Lifestyles brands. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
