About our Keynote:

Milton McGowain is the VP of Resident Services at Sharon Towers in Charlotte, NC. He is an approved ServSafe alcohol instructor and ServSuccess proctor for the National Restaurant Association. He earned a certification from the National Restaurant Association as a Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) and a certification from ANFP as a CDM, CFPP. Milton is also a fellow at the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy at Leading Age, and he sits on the diversity, equality, and inclusion task force as well as the professional development task force for ANFP. Milton possesses a passion for foodservice and ensures every senior has an excellent dining experience and every employee has a chance for development.
