PROFESSIONAL  MEMBERSHIP

Any person actively engaged in senior dining operations is eligible to become a professional member 

Membership dues are for 12 months, starting on the day the application is approved. All dues must be paid in full with the submission of this application. Payments to Senior Dining Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Refunds cannot be made after membership form has been acknowledged by SDA office.
