SYNERGY 2025: Exhibit Booth & Sponsor Registration

Online Registration Process:

1. Determine your SYNERGY exhibitor or sponsorship level and add on engagement opportunities.

2. Review the expo map to pick your top three booth placement options at SYNERGY.

3. Log into your member account or become a member before you register.

4. Read the Rules & Regulations.

5. You will receive email confirmation when registration is successfully completed. Please check your spam folder.

Payment:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Paying by credit card, a 3.5% surcharge will apply. 
Check: Make checks payable to: Senior Dining Association, 1234 Mann Dr., Suite 200, Matthews, NC 28105.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): For details, please contact Kathie at Kathie@seniordining.org.

Conference registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Written requests for cancellation or refunds must be postmarked on or before February 1, 2025. NO REFUNDS will be given after February 2, 2025.

E-Mail all cancellation notices to info@seniordining.org. The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed necessary by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $300 processing fee.
